Have you heard of the Purple Heart and Disabled Veterans Equal Access Act of 2018?  That is the new legislation introduced by U.S. Senators Brian Schatz (D-Hawai‘i) and John Boozman (R-Ark.) in July 12, 2018 that will provide eligible Veterans and Primary Family Caregivers with access to DoD and Coast Guard commissaries, exchanges, and morale, welfare, and recreation retail services.
