COVID-19 Test Requirement
Effective December 6, 2021, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will require all air passengers two years of age and over entering the United States (including U.S. citizens and Legal Permanent Residents) to present:
- a predeparture negative COVID-19 test (SARS-CoV-2), taken within one (1) calendar day of departure or, a positive COVID-19 test (SARS CoV-2) collected no more than 90 calendar days before departure as proof of recovery from the virus or, a letter from a licensed healthcare provider of public health official stating that the passenger has been cleared for travel. - While submitting an official Letter of Invitation from Business & Art Infusion Show with your application is an important step in this process, the letter does not guarantee approval of your application. The letter is supplementary information that explains an applicant’s travel purpose into the United States. U.S. Embassy officers look at an applicant’s personal and professional situation in determining visa eligibility.
- Procedures for applying for a visa are slightly different for Attendees and Exhibit Staff – please review and follow the correct path based on your registration type.
- Register for Business & Art Infusion Show.
- Once you select “do you require a visa letter?” on the profile page and have completed your registration, we will automatically send you personalized Letter of Invitation along with your confirmation email.
- Print the Letter of Invitation in color and submit it along with your visa application to the U.S. Embassy/Consulate.
- We suggest that you do not purchase your airline ticket until your visa application has been approved.
- Register your booth Staff for NAB Show through the Exhibitor Dashboard.
- Enter the actual addresses for the registrants rather than your company’s U.S.-based office address. In order to have a visa letter generated, you must put in an international address. Visa letters are automatically generated for people with addresses outside the U.S.
- Once you select “do you require a visa letter?” on the profile page of each registrant and have completed each registration, we will automatically send each booth staff their personalized Letter of Invitation along with their confirmation email.
- Print the Letter of Invitation in color and submit it along with your visa application to the U.S. Embassy/Consulate.
- We suggest that you do not purchase your airline ticket until your visa application has been approved.
- Once you complete this process, if you have questions, please contact us. Make sure to note that you are an Exhibitor.
