Returning by Mail (United States)
We will gladly authorize returns of unused, unworn merchandise with original hangtags and packaging attached within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment or exchange it for a different product. Your return request must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 45 days of when the authorization was issued.
Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you. You may request a return online by signing in your account, via phone at 1-833-599-9944, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Usual turnaround time is 1-2 weeks from time shipped to when the refund is issued.
Returning Sale Items
PLEASE NOTE: Surprise sale, Clearance and Flash sale and select promotions are considered final sale merchandise and may not be returned or exchanged. Gift Cards and Electronic Gift Cards are also final sale and cannot be returned or refunded except where prohibited by law. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Online Purchases
We accept returns of products purchased online and shipped within the United States and Canada only. When returning your purchase within the United States, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Use the return label that is attached to your packing slip. We do not accept returns for items shipped outside of the United States or Canada. We are unable to support exchanges through our online store. We do not support returns, reships, or re-credits for items shipped internationally.
Returning Personalized Items
Styles personalized through our monogramming program are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returning by Mail (Canada)
We accept returns of unused, unworn products with original hangtags and packaging attached. Returning eligible items is easy. Just let us know what you’re returning and send it back.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will receive a notification indicating that a refund was issued for your order, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
*For Umbrellas & handbags returned that are NOT in sellable condition (i.e. worn) items will be charged an $8.00 USD restocking fee which will be deducted from customer's refund.*
Worn or Used Merchandise is NOT Accepted
We can only accept unworn or unused items. We highly recommend trying on the merchandise while standing on a clean carpeted area to protect the items in case you want to exchange or refund.
Handbags must be in new condition along with all the original packaging.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank.
- There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at retail@AmorUmbrella.com and send your item (in original packaging and shipping box) to: PO BOX 970326, Miami, FL 33197.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO BOX 970326, Miami, FL 33197. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Products determined to be damaged through misuse, neglect or excessive use may incur a repair fee.
California Prop 65
In 1986, California enacted the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act known as Prop 65. Any company that sells in California is subject to Prop 65, meaning this might apply to Amor Umbrella. There are over 850 known elements in California listed in Prop 65 that are commonly used every day in items and others rarely if ever used. We continually tests the materials in our products to do what we can to ensure our products are compliant with CA Prop 65. However the list of elements considered harmful is constantly changing, proving it difficult to keep track of every element used in manufacturing. In order to avoid any penalties associated with Prop 65, we have decided to warn consumers about the possible dangers. Keep in mind, this does not necessarily mean that our products will cause you harm if used as designed.
