Original Content

Simultaneous Submissions

We prefer original work that has not been published by another magazine, newspaper, or commercial publication. Content previously shared on your personal blog, website, or social media is welcome, provided you own the rights to the work.

Simultaneous submissions are accepted. If your work is being considered elsewhere, please let us know when submitting. Should your work be accepted by another publication, kindly notify us immediately.

Every submission is carefully reviewed by our editorial team. Because of the volume of submissions we receive, response times may vary. If your work is selected, we may contact you regarding light edits before publication.

Rights

By publishing with Umbrella Splash Magazine, you grant us:
First serial publication rights.
Non-exclusive archival rights.
Permission to promote your work through excerpts, images, and social media.
All other rights remain with you after publication.

At this time, contributors are not financially compensated. As an independent, veteran-owned publication, we are powered by a passion for storytelling and community impact.
