Images submitted for potential print publication should be provided at 300 DPI whenever possible. Please submit original, high-resolution files rather than screenshots or compressed social-media images.

Contributors are responsible for confirming that they have permission to submit photographs, artwork, logos, or other visual materials. Include appropriate photo credits and permissions when applicable.

Primary Tone Inspiring
Reader Value Actionable
Voice Authentic & Purposeful

We favor an Inspiring / Actionable editorial tone. Strong submissions should leave readers with a new perspective, useful information, meaningful insight, or something they can apply to their own lives, work, creativity, or community.

  • Submit original work or work you have permission to submit.
  • Bring a clear point of view, story, or useful perspective.
  • Avoid overly promotional or sales-focused writing in editorial submissions.
  • Support factual claims with credible sources when appropriate.
  • Tell us if the work has previously appeared elsewhere.
  • Include your name, current contact information, and a short bio.

We welcome responsible use of technology as a creative and editorial support tool. However, submissions should reflect the contributor’s own ideas, experience, expertise, reporting, and voice.

Contributors should disclose significant AI assistance when it materially contributes to the creation or development of submitted content. AI-generated material should not be presented as original reporting, personal experience, or firsthand work when it is not.
