KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are accountable for the experience your guests. You oversee the level of technical education on the floor, you ensure that that every guest receives an outstanding experience, and you speak authentically about our product, community and culture
- You have strong time management skills, strategically manage the day-to-day operations of the sales floor, and can prioritize and adapt to daily business needs in the moment, giving feedback and direction when needed
- You ensure items from fit rooms are cleaned, organized and returned to appropriate area
- You arrange shipping from store to guests, stores and warehouse as needed
- You help lead in closing the store for the day including: sizing, cleaning, collecting and removing trash and recycling and other duties as needed
- You utilize Point of Sale system, process payments, refunds/exchanges and issue gift cards
- Under the direction of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, you perform/complete other additional projects, duties, and assignments as required and/or by request

Disclaimer: AMOR umbrella’s internship program is open to undergraduate and graduate students (as well as some recent graduates) in any related discipline from any institution. Each internship lasts for one term. Participants work at least 10 hours/week during the fall and spring semesters and 20 hours/week during the summer. Our internships can be undertaken for academic credit, and this is highly encouraged. Interns participate in a program of enrichment and career development opportunities. All interns are required to work onsite with their research project staff. Because interns work directly with our researchers and staff on current research projects, the internship positions vary depending on our research portfolio. AMOR umbrella offers internships year round on a variety of research projects and teams. During the course of their internship, participants are mentored in a professional environment geared toward student success. The program is designed to prepare the next generation of business professionals through real-world experience.
The Internship Recruiting Team is driven by the passion to recognize and develop emerging talent. Our year-round program places the best students in positions where they will grow technically, professionally, and personally through their experience working closely with their Manager, Mentor, and team. We are dedicated to providing an experience that allows the intern to experience life at Tesla by including them in projects that are critical to their team’s success. Instead of going on coffee runs and making copies, our interns have a seat at the table and make critical decisions that will influence not only their team, but the overall achievement of AMOR umbrella’s mission.
Our interns are talented, motivated and enjoy being empowered to make a difference. We’re looking for people who share our values, putting our customers at the heart of what we do and who are always happy to take responsibility and collaborate with colleagues.
As an intern you’ll follow a structured program covering all aspects of the AMOR umbrella’s operations, working alongside specialists in branch or functional departments. You’ll spend your first few weeks understanding the core principles of our business, before taking on your own responsibilities that will see you gain experience in all areas of business.
By the end of the placement you will have delivered work and projects that add value to AMOR umbrella, whilst also developing your professional skills in a friendly and supportive environment.

Program Details
- You should be able to commit to the full eight weeks program which runs during the summer holiday period. Unfortunately, we’re not able to support any travel or relocation costs for the duration of the internship, so please consider this when you apply.

Who is it for?
Our influencer program is intended for anyone that has a strong social following. This can include amateur and professional athletes, health coaches, personal trainers., etc. This person must be a great representative of the brand and be willing to aggressively promote AMOR umbrella to their network and their greater community.
Award
- Paid summer internships at AMOR umbrella while in college.
- Cash scholarship for $5,000, disbursed annually in equal amounts of $1,250 over four years. Funds may only be used toward the tuition and related expenses of an accredited college or university. Disbursement of funds will be made directly to the school once the Honorship winner is enrolled and annually thereafter for three years, provided a GPA of 3.0 is maintained.
- The winner will be paired with a different executive mentor during each of the four years of the program.
- Professional development seminars will be provided throughout the summers to grow the winner’s professional and soft skill sets.
Eligibility

- Be a graduating high school senior.
- Animation applicants must be a high school senior in the United States.
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 upon graduation
- Plan to attend an accredited college or university
