Screening & Hosting FAQ

Everything you need to know about bringing LaBelle Film Festival screenings, impact films like Keep on Living, and moderated discussions to your venue or community.

What types of venues can host a LaBelle Film Festival screening? +

We partner with a wide variety of locations, including university campuses, independent art house theaters, military support groups, community centers, veteran networks, and corporate auditoriums equipped with standard projection and audio capabilities.

What materials and support are provided to host organizations? +

Hosts receive full screening rights for selected works, promotional assets (digital posters, trailers, and press releases), ticketing coordination guidance, and options to feature live filmmaker Q&As or moderated panel discussions on veteran advocacy and mental health.

Can we request specific films, such as *Keep on Living*? +

Absolutely. You can request single-feature spotlight screenings centered around Keep on Living or curate a custom multi-film shorts block tailored to the specific themes and interests of your audience.

How far in advance should we submit a hosting request? +

We recommend submitting your inquiry at least 4 to 6 weeks prior to your targeted event date. This allows ample time for scheduling technical checks, distributing marketing collateral, and coordinating guest speakers or panel facilitators.

Are there ticketing or admission guidelines for community hosts? +

Screenings can be structured as free public community events, private university showcases, or ticketed fundraisers supporting local veteran initiatives and non-profit partners. Our team collaborates with you on the best model for your goals.
