I started by using google form (free) and you can create beautiful forms with your logo, unfortunately if the person that you send it too does not have a gmail account they would not be able to open it.

Hubspot offer a free alternative where you can create a forms at not additional cost. You will be limited by the fields that you can fill out, you can also choose to upgrade. However the forms works very well and it was free. Even better it offers analytical and lead capture so you can see who open you invitation and who read your message

TIME MANAGEMENT

Managing your appointments from the beginnings is important to make sure there is not a time conflict. Calendly offers a free alternative
