Current Travel Restrictions Please note that due to the global spread of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), there may be restrictions on the entry of certain travelers into the United States. You may view the current travel requirements and countries where travel to the United States is currently restricted by visiting these websites. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/travel-during-covid19.html https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/from-other-countries.html COVID-19 Test Requirement Effective December 6, 2021, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will require all air passengers two years of age and over entering the United States (including U.S. citizens and Legal Permanent Residents) to present:

Airline Confirmation of COVID-19 Testing Airlines must confirm the negative test result or proof of recent recovery for all passengers prior to boarding. Airlines must deny boarding of passengers who do not provide documentation of a negative test or recovery. Travel Visa Information Advance travel planning and early visa application are important. To enter the Unites States many international visitors will require a visa and this can be a lengthy process. From the U.S. Department of State – Bureau of Consular Affairs Since March 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically affected the Department of State’s ability to process immigrant visa applications. U.S. embassies and consulates are working to resume routine visa services on a location-by-location basis as expeditiously as possible in a safe manner. However, the pandemic continues to severely impact the number of visas our embassies and consulates abroad are able to process. The particular constraints vary based on local conditions and restrictions but include local and national lockdowns; travel restrictions; host country quarantine regulations; and measures taken by our embassies and consulates to contain the spread of COVID-19. Applicants should check the website of the nearest embassy or consulate for the current operating status. And information about nonimmigrant visa wait times are available on the visa wait time tool at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/wait-times.html. Submitting a Visa Application Here are some suggested steps to follow when applying for a visa and may help improve the chance of your application being approved:

  • While submitting an official Letter of Invitation from Business & Art Infusion Show with your application is an important step in this process, the letter does not guarantee approval of your application. The letter is supplementary information that explains an applicant’s travel purpose into the United States. U.S. Embassy officers look at an applicant’s personal and professional situation in determining visa eligibility.
  • Procedures for applying for a visa are slightly different for Attendees and Exhibit Staff – please review and follow the correct path based on your registration type.

Letter of Invitation for Visa Application – Attendees

  1. Register for Business & Art Infusion Show.
  2. Once you select “do you require a visa letter?” on the profile page and have completed your registration, we will automatically send you personalized Letter of Invitation along with your confirmation email.
  3. Print the Letter of Invitation in color and submit it along with your visa application to the U.S. Embassy/Consulate.
  4. We suggest that you do not purchase your airline ticket until your visa application has been approved.

Letter of Invitation for Visa Application – Exhibitors

  1. Register your booth Staff for NAB Show through the Exhibitor Dashboard.
  2. Enter the actual addresses for the registrants rather than your company’s U.S.-based office address. In order to have a visa letter generated, you must put in an international address. Visa letters are automatically generated for people with addresses outside the U.S.
  3. Once you select “do you require a visa letter?” on the profile page of each registrant and have completed each registration, we will automatically send each booth staff their personalized Letter of Invitation along with their confirmation email.
  4. Print the Letter of Invitation in color and submit it along with your visa application to the U.S. Embassy/Consulate.
  5. We suggest that you do not purchase your airline ticket until your visa application has been approved.
  6. Once you complete this process, if you have questions, please contact us. Make sure to note that you are an Exhibitor.
